How Do I Exchange an Item?

To exchange an item, you simply: Put the Stock Number or Item Number of the item being exchanged in the Stock Number field of the Sales Screen. (The item number can be found on the customer's receipt.)

1. Move the cursor over to the Quantity field and press the minus (-) key twice.
2. Move the cursor to the next line of the Sales Screen
3. Place the Stock Number or Item Number of the replacement item the Stock Number field of the next line.
4. Press the Post Sale Button. This will adjust your inventory and print out a receipt for the exchange.
