If you are printing invoice style receipts or invoicing customers, you can print your store or company logo on a receipt or invoice. To change these settings choose Options from the Tools menu item and press the Receipt Status tab. Then type in the file name and path of the file you want to include on your receipts in the Letterhead Graphic box. This file needs to be in a Windows Bitmap (BMP) format. You can also choose to print on preprinted forms (Tops 39001) to get a more professional look on your invoices by selecting the Full Page Receipt Style you want.

You can also print logos on your tape style receipt printers with utilities provided by the receipt printer manufacturer. Typically you would only do this with thermal printers or else the quality of the image would be pretty poor. Epson, Star and Ithaca thermal printers all support downloading logos to their printers.
