To line up your labels while printing you should choose Options from the Tools menu and press the Pricing Labels tab. As the bottom of the screen there are two boxes that will allow you to change the Printer Slip (in hundredths of millimeters per page). The position of the text on the label will be incrementally adjusted across the page. For instance, if you choose an X printer slip of 300, and upper left hand corner of the label normally starts 1/3 of the page across, the text will be shifted over 300/3 or 100 hundredths of a millimeter (or 1 millimeter) to the right. Note: You can change printer slip in positive and negative increments.
