To print customer mailing labels choose Mailing Labels from the Customer Menu. This will allow you to print customers filtered by First Name, Last Name, Customer ID, City, State, ZIP Code, Customer Interest, Birthday, or Last Action Date. Labels can be printed to standard Avery label stock. If you want print mailing labels for customers based on their sales histories, choose Sales | Customer | Mailing Labels from the Reports menu. This is useful if you are having a sale on a particular vendor and want to send a mailing to anyone who has purchased anything from that vendor in the last year. These mailing labels can be filtered by Date Range, First Name, Last Name, Customer ID, City, State, ZIP Code, Customer Interest, Birthday, or Last Action Date, Department, Vendor, Stock Number, Store ID, Stock Type, or Quantity.
