Hello
We have a customer that lost their gift card purchased for them. I can find the sale but cannot find the number on the gift card issued. Please let me know if there is a way to hunt this down.
I have tried going into the customer tab and looking at gift cards but you need the number to find the status. I have tried pulling several reports but none come up with the number. I feel like I figured this out at one time but now it is alluding me.
