    How to view changes made to an item

    Hello
    I have an item that I believe a staff member made a change to description and I want to find out when the change took place and by whom before I say anything. Is there a way to pull history of changes to an item?

    RetailEdge has a full auditlog for every action performed in RetailEdge. However it is only accessible by us when there is a potential issue. You can contact us if you think you have a potential issue. Direct email is the best way.
