    Cash Drawer Wont Open

    Hello
    I've checked settings and it is set to open with receipt printer. I have TSP100 but recently bought a new computer and there is only one USB port so I had to get a hub. I need to know how to set the port on the hub for the receipt printer it seems. Let me know if you can send me directions or if I need to log you in.

    Hi Vanessa. Is the Star TSP 100 printing receipts? If so please check the Cash Drawer cable connection from the printer to the Cash Drawer. Once you verify the connection please check your RetailEdge Workstation Settings for Cash Drawer and verify that it is set to Driven by Receipt Printer.

    Cable is connected and yes it is driven by printer.

    The driver was duplicating itself and creating a copy of the printer. I had to go in and delete the new copy or I think you could also go and rename the printer. One of those worked!
