Just wondering what reports people start pulling this time of year. We did great but over spent this year. I want to be lean and mean this coming year. Also looking to move nonsellers. I pulled a nonseller report but there were items that did sell. Not sure what worst sellers verses nonseller report are for. We are going to be going on vacation and I thought I would print reports to look at on the beach! So far I have a sales report for vendor and one for department. Looking to see where I should spend my money this coming year and what needs to hit the sale area.
