To make a quote you can use the Saved Sale Manager. Just enter the Quote items on the Sales Screen, assign a customer to the quote, and enter any appropriate discounts and then press the Save Sale button. RetailEdge will then save the quote for future reference. To recall the quote at a later time, press the Recall Sale button on the Toolbar, find the quote you want to recall. If you want to convert the quote to a sale, press the Copy Sale button. RetailEdge will automatically copy the quote items, the customer, and discounts into the Sales Screen and then ask you if you want to delete or keep the saved sale.
