RetailEdge Owners Manual on PDF

Would love to be able to download a pdf of the software owners manual. The only way I can get info is to come to this board or hit F1 in my RetailEdge POS.

It is already included in the installation directory where RetailEdge is installed. This is typically c:\program files\High Meadow Business Solutions\RetailEdge 8.2.

How often is this updated?

The manual is updated whenever there are changes and additions to features in the program. So almost all the time.

When you receive updates via the Software Maintenance Plan or Gold level service plan, you will also receive any changes to the manual in the PDF in the installation directory. You will also see these changes in the Help file which contains all the information in the manual and is searchable. Some people find it easier to read the entire manual and we can print this out for you but it costs about $25 plus shipping and so it is more economical to just use the Help or print out the pertinent sections of the PDF.
