    Our phone system technical support system our customers to choose whether they have a RetailEdge emergency or just a simple question. At times, all of our support representatives might be busy. When this happens, we ask that you follow the voice mail instructions and leave a message. We don't allow users to hold until a representative is available.

    We have been providing our customers with quality technical support for our customers for almost 20 years. We have found that the best way for us to do this is for us to require that they leave a message.

    We triage support requests. We will call customers with serious sales emergencies first and then call customers with less pressing issues. Customers who are on a support plan will get priority over someone who is not on the plan. In any case, please be assured that we will call you back.

    Many people think all their problems are emergencies and need immediate response. However, if we have customers who are tying up resources and the phones with questions about minor this can potentially cause the customer with a serious sales concern when customers are lining up at the counter, to unduly wait.

    If you don't leave a message then we have no way of determining the severity of your problem and getting back to you in a timely manner. Also cycling through the phone system will not help you get in touch with a representative any faster.

    Be sure to leave your phone number, name, and business name. Also, please leave a brief description of the issue you are having. If you have any time restrictions or a better time to call you back, leave this information as well.

    If you don't leave a message we will assume that your call was unimportant and won't' call you back.
