On that computer where the problem is occurring:
1. Perform a Windows search (Start - Search - All Files and Folders) for a file called
retailedge.ini with your
LookIn being the Local C:\ drive.
2. Locate the file (probably in c:\program files\retailedge 7.5),
3. Double-left click on the file to open it in Notepad.
4. Scroll down to where you can see a paragraph labeled [ReceivePO]. The two lines underneath should be something similar to:
ColNames=Stock Number,Description,Ordered,Received,Today
ColWidths=135,188,50,57,42
5. Change them to those values.
6. Press the
X in the upper right and
Save when prompted.
7. Restart RetailEdge on the computer.
This should take care of the problem for you.
