When you go into "Receive Purchase Order" it shows all the options under "PO Number", but no information shows in "PO Detail Information" box. The Purchase Order information has not been deleted and is accessable through other short cuts. This computer is the only one with this problem.

On that computer where the problem is occurring:

1. Perform a Windows search (Start - Search - All Files and Folders) for a file called retailedge.ini with your LookIn being the Local C:\ drive.
2. Locate the file (probably in c:\program files\retailedge 7.5),
3. Double-left click on the file to open it in Notepad.
4. Scroll down to where you can see a paragraph labeled [ReceivePO]. The two lines underneath should be something similar to:

ColNames=Stock Number,Description,Ordered,Received,Today
ColWidths=135,188,50,57,42

5. Change them to those values.
6. Press the X in the upper right and Save when prompted.
7. Restart RetailEdge on the computer.

This should take care of the problem for you.
