    How Do I Filter Lists?

    Most RetailEdge lists can be filtered. You can view a filtered list by viewing a list and then pressing the Set Filter button. This will display the filtering dialog box. The dialog box will display all of the available fields and allow you to set filter criteria for any or all of the fields. You can select a field from the Field List box, choose a filter operator and then type in or choose the filter criteria. Pressing the Apply button will then apply the criteria and display the filter in the Current Filters Box. Pressing OK will then display the list based on the current filter. You can toggle between the filtered view and the unfiltered view by checking and unchecking the Filter File box on the list screen.
