You can export the shipping addresses for a range of dates to allow you to create a file for import into a shipping program like UPS's Online Office. Online Office will allow you to print out large UPS labels for all your shipments. To do this choose Export from the Tools menu item. When the Export screen is displayed choose Shipping Labels from the Source Table Options combo box. Then choose the Export File Type you want to use (e.g., ASCII), select a file name and location and then press the Export button. This will export the customer's shipping address information. You will still have to fill in additional information about the shipment (shipment weight, the type of shipping, etc.) in your shipping program. Note: Different shipping programs will require different data types and have different data import and mapping routines. You should check these programs documentation for information about importing data.
