    How Do I Create Customer Shipping Addresses?

    You can create a billing and shipping address for each customer. To create a shipping address just open the customer list by pressing the Customer button on the toolbar. Then highlight the customer you want to edit and press the Modify button. Then press the Ship To tab and then either type in the customer's shipping address or press the Copy Billing Address button to copy the customer's billing address. You can also assign sale specific shipping addresses on the sales screen. When you are processing a sale, check the Ship this Sale checkbox on the Sales Screen. This will automatically open a screen that will allow you to fill in shipping information for THIS sale. If a customer is already been added to the Sales Screen, the customer's Bill To address will be displayed in the shipping address box by default. You can change this for the current sale with out effecting the shipping address associated with the customer. From this screen you will also be able to print mailing labels by just pressing on the Label button.
