RetailEdge allows you to set a default printer for your Address Labels, Pricing Labels and Receipt printer. To set your default printers choose Options from the Tools menu item and then press the corresponding tab. If you are printing to a Windows printer, these printers must be set up first. You can do this by pressing the Windows Start button and then choosing Settings and Printers. Then press the Add Printer Icon and Windows will walk you through installing your printer. The Report Printer will default to the default Windows printer. If you are printing to dedicated label printers (like the Dymo Costar or Eltron) you may have to set the label sizes in the Windows driver properties.
