There are two ways to print shipping labels from RetailEdge: From the Sales Screen. When you are processing a sale, check the Ship this Sale checkbox on the Sales Screen. This will automatically open a screen that will allow you to fill in shipping information for THIS sale. If a customer is already been added to the Sales Screen, the customer's Bill To address will be displayed in the shipping address box by default. You can change this for the current sale with out effecting the shipping address associated with the customer. You will also be able to print a shipping label for this sale by just pressing on the Label button. From the Reports Menu. Choose Sales|Customer|Shipping Labels from the Reports menu. This will print shipping labels for all of today's sales that have shipping addresses associated with them. Note: Once you have performed a Complete Closing, this option will not be available since the day's sales are moved to the historical transaction log during a Complete Closing.
