Over the last couple of months in the support dept. we have seen issues with Windows 10 updating device drivers and wiping out driver settings with most noticeably the Zebra label printers being effected. Here is how you can prevent that if you like:

Log into and Administrator account then select the Start | search Control Panel | select the Control Panel Desktop app | select System and Security | select System | select Advanced system settings | select the Hardware tab | select Device Installation Settings | select No in the Do you want to automatically download manufactures' apps and custom icons available for your devices? | select Save.

On older releases of Windows 10 there use to be an additional window for drivers but it appears they have simplified the process.
