    receipt printer freezes

    We recently started printing 2 receipts for each sale, one for the customer and one for us. There are times when we need to print a 3rd receipt.

    Everytime we try to tell the system to print 3, RetailEdge freezes. It doesn't matter if we tell it to ask us how many receipts to print or if we go into the sales manager and tell it to reprint the receipt, it will freeze every time.

    We are using a Star TSP100 receipt printer.

    What Device Type are you using in RetailEdge? (Workstation Settings Receipt Printer tab).

    When this happens is there a print job in the Windows printer queue?

    Let us know.
