We have switched our credit cards to Mercury. The only thing I have to enter in Retail Edge under settings is our Merchant #. When I try to process a card I get a error.
ERROR WHILE PROCESSING CARD CODE 003051
Mercury Payment Error: NO CONNECTION TO ANY SERVER!
On the setup screen there is a box add ip or url, but I do not know if anything is supposed to be in that box. Retail Edge didn't anything. I will also have to order pin pads on Monday.
