data conversion problem

    data conversion problem

    When trying to convert the data from 7.5 to 8.2, I get a message that says "Cannot convert data with current sales. Please do a complete close". I've made sure that both versions of Retail Edge have no sales sessions open. I've closed RE 7.5 and restarted the computer, and it still says I've got a sales session open. Any suggestions?

    This is has been resolved. The customer called customer support and it was determined that the conversion program was pointing to the default 7.5 data folder but the customer's data was stored in a different location.
