The ELO 15A1 15" All-in-One LCD Desktop Touchcomputer integrated customer rear display comes pre installed on COM4. There is no need to install any drivers for this device. However you will want to do the following:
1. In Windows Choose Run from the Start Menu and type in CMD.
2. In the Command Window type in Mode COM4 96,8,N,1 and press enter
3. Test the display by typing in Con >COM4 and press enter. Then anything you type should be displayed on the customer display.
You can then setup RetailEdge to use this device on the Workstation settings by choosing COM4 and Logic Controls PD3000 Display Device.
