To print out an artists Bio you might want to try and create a few saved sales with the artists bio in the line item notes. Try the following:

1. Create a customer with the Artist's Name.
2. Open a sales screen, associate the sale with the Artist.
3. Sell a non-stock item. For the item description use the Artist's Name. The price of the item can be $0.00
4. Click on the Notes column for this item and type in the artist's bio or cut and past from another document that contains the artist's bio.
5. On the payment tab, press the Save button.

You will then have a number of saved sales that can be listed by Artist name, that should be able to print out a detailed bio on each artist. These notes fields can be as long as you want.
