The PICS reports are to be found in the report selector under Reports|Inventory|PICS. A couple of reports to consider printing are :

1. Exceptions Report. This report will show you items that were scanned but are not in Inventory. Isolate out the exception items by locating the item in the PICS List, noting down the Item/s right before and after the Item, and then physically finding the Item out "on the floor" in order to enter it into RetailEdge.

2. Shrinkage with Costs Report. This report can also be a useful report because it does Total out the Inventory and PICS sections for comparison. Note: If you do run this report, try running it with the Quantity > 0 as a filter. That will greatly reduce the number of pages.
