Do you offer training for RetailEdge Point of Sale Software?

Yes. However, we are in the business of creating affordable easy to you Point of Sale software. So although we offer the training, it is not something that we typically have to do.

Our goal at High Meadow is to provide point of sale solutions that are easy to use and that do not require extensive training. Ninety eight percent of our customers do not require additional training.

While the cost of training may increase the system costs and we are in the business of providing inexpensive solutions, we also understand the need for training and can provide these services to our customers.

We can tailor the training so that it fits your needs and budget. We can provide:

    1. Phone training. The most cost effective and easiest way to do the training. This can be as simple as a phone call or we can setup a conference call with multiple locations and employees.
    2. Phone training with remote control. This is a little more difficult to setup but is also a cost effective solution. Same as option one but would include a remote control session where we run the program on your computer using a remote control software like VNC or Go To My PC (not free). You would need a high speed internet connection for this option.
    3. On-site training. This is typically only cost effective for our local customers because we have to build into the cost of the training the travel costs (hotel, flights, driving time, etc.) However, if you are larger operation this can be a cost effective solution.
    4. Centralized Facility Training. If it is more cost effective to have your employees travel, we can setup training at a facility located in our home town of Manchester Vermont.
