You should try rebuilding the sales table index. You can do this from main RetailEdge menu by selecting Tools / Rebuild / Sales: Today's Sales Index. Hopefully this will solve the problem for you. If not, then you will need to call our office and request technical support.
BTW: In case you have not heard the news, as of March 31, 2011, we are ending all support for older RetailEdge versions. This includes RetailEdge versions such as 4.x (DOS), 6.0, 7.0, 7.5, and 8.0.
