Vanessa,
I would recommend verifying that "Tracking Mode" is set properly under "Printing Preferences->Advanced Setup" and hit "Apply". Then verify you have the proper "Stock" set under "Printing Preferences->Options->Stocks" and hit "Apply". Finally, go to the "Printing Preferences->Advanced Setup" tab and try a Calibrate.
