Hello
Our labels for some reason have started to stop half way through the next label when the job is done. We also are having a slight "slip" but in the vertical direction. The first few labels will print well and then the text starts edging its way up to the top. Please let me know if there is a fix for either issue. The middle of the label one is new for us.

I would recommend verifying that "Tracking Mode" is set properly under "Printing Preferences->Advanced Setup" and hit "Apply". Then verify you have the proper "Stock" set under "Printing Preferences->Options->Stocks" and hit "Apply". Finally, go to the "Printing Preferences->Advanced Setup" tab and try a Calibrate.

Let us know if this doesn't work.

I went under advanced and don't see a "tracking Mode" option. Everything looks good and we didn't change anything it just seems to be ending mid sticker. Not sure where or what I can change. Just makes tearing off an issue.

Try going into the Advanced tab and making sure "Top of Form Backup" is checkmarked.
