As you continue to grow your business, adding multiple locations and mobile management solutions, there are things you need to do to keep your systems safe and working efficiently.
These include performing:
Security Updates
Antivirus Updates
RetailEdge Updates
Password Changes
Hardware Issues (i.e., computer upgrades, network cards, routers, etc.)
As always we are here to help. But we can only provide support for RetailEdge issues and the hardware we provide. RetailEdge is installed in many different environments with many different types of retailers. Some can manage it themselves, some can't.
Do you need additional help?
If you don't think you can or want to do this type of work yourself, you should consider working with a local IT person who can provide these managed services. We have resellers around the world who can help. Or we can talk to one of the RetailEdge users in your area and see who they might recommend.
