    Anthony Cares... RetailEdge Won't Start

    Good morning everyone. how many times has this happened to you? You start your system in the morning, start RetailEdge and see the screen below:

    While I can't answer why this happens, I can tell you how to get it back up and running with this easy 4-step process:

    From Start search or Cortana, type in services.

    Right click on the Services desktop app and select Run as Administrator
    Image

    Scroll to the RetailEdge_Server service and left click.

    Select Start from the left
    Image

    You should now be able to start RetailEdge.

    You can also use this guide to start other services just replace the phrase RetailEdge_Server with the name of the services below:

    LogMeIn Hamachi start: LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine

    For RECON Clients start: RECON_Client_8_4

    * For RECON Servers start: RECON_Server
    ** Only start the RECON Server Service if you are 100% sure you are on the RECON Server system.
