To process credit cards with Vantiv Integrated Payments:

1.	When you process a sale using a credit card, create the sale in RetailEdge and display the Payment tab

In RetailEdge move the cursor to the appropriate payment media and press the + key (for exact change). The plus key is found on the right hand side of the numeric keypad.

2.	RetailEdge will prompt you to swipe the credit card.

3.	Print out a receipt or receipts with the customer sign line.

Advantages

1.	Processes using the Internet. Does not require a separate phone line and can reduce the time taken to get card authorization by 75%.

2.	Eliminates double entry errors that can occur with separate terminals.

3.	Does not require additional processing software. Simplifies installation and does not require batching through additional software. Batching out is performed automatically by MPS.
