use and that do not require extensive training. The purchase of a RetailEdge
point of sale system, comes with 90 days of FREE technical support. We
understand that retail businesses needs can be extremely different. A gift shop
will have different needs from a shoe store. We encourage all of our system
users to call us and use our technical support to ask those types of questions
that may be specific to your type of business. Ninety five percent of our
customers find that the standard support we provide sufficient to get them up
and running and do not require additional training.
While the cost of training may increase the system costs and we are in the
business of providing inexpensive solutions, we also understand the need for
training and can provide these services to our customers. We can travel to your
location or your employees can travel to a training facility located in our
home town of Manchester Vermont.
