The purchase of a RetailEdge, comes with 90 days of FREE technical support and we encourage all of our system users to call us and use our technical support to ask those types of questions that may be specific to your type of business. And although the free technical support is not a training service, many of our customers find that the standard support we provide sufficient to get them up and running and do not require additional training.
However, a little training can go a long way. While the cost of training may increase the initial system costs, training can increase employee efficiency and help you make the best use of the tools that RetailEdge provides. This can translate into savings down the line.
