Depending on your system configuration there are a number of different minimum and recommended system requirements for RetailEdge 8.2**

These are only guidelines. Any new computer you buy today will typically have more capacity than the systems listed below. RetailEdge has low processing requirements and most of the time your requirements will be based on the needs of other software installed on the machine (anti-virus, graphics, etc.)

As you time goes on you will potentially be generating a large amount of data and your system requirements will be greater. You can purchase a more powerful computer now or wait until you have the need. In addition, RetailEdge is a client server applicaton so if you have multiple workstations you should consider a more powerful computer for the main computer, but can save on the workstations by purchasing less powerful ones.
