    Change Receipt Information

    Hello
    We used to have the customer club members info on the top of the receipt but is no longer there. I also like to see % saved, not $ saved on a receipt. Where can I find these settings?

    Hi Vanessa,

    If you go to Tools | Settings | Workstations | Modify | Receipt Options 1 | Advanced Receipt Options

    You will want to check if the option for Include Detailed Customer Info and Discount as Amount (vs. Percent) are selected.

    If this is for a secondary receipt printer then check the settings under Receipt Options 2 are selected.
