Help!
In the last few months we have had our star printer create copies of itself. I am not sure if the USB cable is going bad and randomly disconnecting or if it is something else. Everything looks to be good but receipts wont print so cash drawer will also not open.
When I checked printers there were 2 additional copies. I think I deleted these 2 extra last time and we were good to go. This time I unwisely deleted all 3 copies. Now the computer cannot find the printer. I went to the star website and downloaded the driver but when searching for a printer it can't seem to find it. We have shut down turned off unplugged several times. I will shutdown computer again and see if this miraculously makes the printer return. I will let you know. If you have any other suggestions please let me know. I swear the closer we get to the holidays the weirder this computer gets. Hopefully we will work out all the kinks in plenty of time.
