I am placing an order and wanted to look at physical quantities in reports to see what I needed. Goodnight Gorilla said we had zero. I checked the shelf, we have 4. I pulled it up in inventory and it said we had 0 but when I clicked on the item and checked its quantity (was going to change it back to 4) it said we had 4. There is also a PICS adjustment that we did that did -4 then 4. I'm totally confused now and worried what other quantities are wrong. We were pumped about doing PICS for updating inventory but something must be going wrong.
Hoping this can be fixed without a phone call but figured I will be hearing from you shortly.

That looks okay. What it looks like happened is you did a PICs update and chose the overwrite option.

What this will do is adjust the inventory in two steps. A negative adjustment of the existing quantity and then a positive adjustment for new value. You had 4 so it did a negative 4 to remove them and then a positive 4 to put the correct amount in. If you had 3 in inventory you would have seen a negative 3 first.

The problem is when I pull a physical inventory to look at what I have in stock it said zero on the report.

That would be something you would have to have support dive into. The two should be consistent.
