Re-Install or Fresh Database

    Re-Install or Fresh Database

    I want to save my old data on one database and start over with a clean database going forward. Would I re-install Retail Edge or is there a way to purge all data?

    You are on a Gold level plan and should just call into technical support and see what they can do for you. We can give you a blank database if you really want one. It does raise the question why you want to get rid of all your data. There are probably some other things you can do other than install a new database that will allow you to get rid of the bad and keep the good.
