The cost to implement EMV will depend on:

• the functionality you want,
• how many workstations you have, and
• which processor you are using.

The devices break down into two different types, with signature capture and without.

All of the devices will be able to process using:

• Traditional Magnetic Stripe Readers,
• Contactless/NFC (Apple Pay, etc.), and
• EMV of course.

Mix and Match

In addition, we are always trying to find ways to save you money. So if you choose to, you can have an encrypted magnetic strip reader on some workstations and an EMV reader on others.
