Hi. When importing new inventory items, it's not importing matrix information. In looking into it, I noticed that the matrix info columns are not among the columns that can be mapped in the CSV import. Is that intentional, or is there something I'm overlooking? Is a REDI import the only way to import ALL inventory information?

That is correct. We have tried to create the CSV file import for simple initial imports and to allow vendor catalog price updates. When you get into importing matrixes it can get complicated and so we have limited to the REDI which has a more rigid structure to prevent importing bad data.

One thing you might try is importing as a CSV. Then export one group of matrix items, so you can understand the REDI structure and how it works. Then export your individual items and put the proper matrix tags on then and try to convert them to matrixes.
