    Below Cost

    We had a sale 3 items, at the payment screen it said One or more items may be priced below cost. We check all three items they were all priced correctly, Cost, and selling prices were all correct. What would have caused this error?

    That is a common question. RetailEdge sells items based on their average cost. Each inventory item has a last cost and an average. You may be looking at last cost. Look to the right and make sure your average cost is what you think it should be.

    If you still think there is a problem, you can always call into technical support to have them log in and poke around.
