Is there a detailed description of what each report shows? We are new to Retail Edge. We used discount rules for the first time, and I was hoping to track how many times the discount was applied. I tried the Discount Summary Report, but that does not appear to be what I am looking for. I am not business trained, and I am unfamiliar with the jargon associated with POS reports. The manual has skeletal information. I would love a print out of what each report does and how/when it might be used. Can anyone offer some help? Thanks.
