We are raising prices!

But Not Much

We were looking over our pricing structures and noticed that we had not raised our prices for over 6 years. Kind of ridiculous we know but we are always trying to provide you with a good value.

However, expenses are going up and we have increased our technical support staff by 200% to provide you with better service and so the time has come.

Here's the summary

Gold Level Support Customers: No change. Everything you have always received in the way of premium support and software updates is included in the $45/month charge.

Silver Level Software Maintenance Customers: No change. We are still providing all program updates for only $5/workstation/month and support when you need it during normal business hours is still only $30/15 minute increment.

Bronze Level Customers: (Here's the change). Your per call pricing will increase to $45/15 minute increment for the first 15 minutes and then $30/for each 15 minute increment after that.

Basically we are limiting the price increase to the area that cost us the most: Users who are running older program versions for the first 15 minutes of technical support.

Something to Consider

One support call and you have paid for a month of support on the Gold plan. So depending on your usage you might want to consider a Gold plan. Simple, Affordable, provides emergency support on nights and weekends, product updates and you don't need to worry about how many times you call.
