I have a question related to receipt printing.

I have a inventory item that I want the receipt to print to a specific (non-default) tape-style printer. Is there a way to control which printer is used on the inventory item? If not, how to I change the printer at the time of sale to be this secondary receipt printer?

Printing to a receipt printer is really on a sale by sale basis. Not sure what we would do if it were on an item by item basis. There are a few different ways to do this, but probably your simplest is to setup your default receipt printer for reprinting to be whichever printer you want reprinted receipts to go to. Then after the sale you can press Ctrl-Alt-R and RetailEdge will allow you to print to this receipt printer.

You could attached a note to these items that automatically pops up on the sales screen reminding the clerks to reprint these receipts to the alternate printer.
