To perform a RetailEdge backup:
1. Choose Backup|Backup from the Tools menu item.
2. Use the Browse button to the right of the Backup File Name field to select the location and name of the backup file.
3. Press the Ok button.
4. Using Windows Explorer check that the backup file exists with the appropriate modified date and size.
