We have seen a few customers when buying new computers are getting computers with only USB 3 port. Currently there sometimes can be a compatibility issue with USB 3 ports and the USB Dongle. The manufacturer of the dongle is working on the problem and hopefully will have a fix soon. However in the interim their solution is to turn off the xHCI mode in your computers BIOS settings. By this, the super-speed of the USB 3.0 ​​interface will throttle down to high-speed (USB 2.0), in our tests it ran perfectly. Most motherboards allow to disable the xHCI mode in the BIOS selectively to individual USB 3.0 ports, so you can still use the other ports at full speed.

Hopefully this does the trick for you but if you can't do this on your own, then we can log into your computer and "virtualize" a dongle onto the machine. We would have to charge you for this technical support but the process only takes less than 15 minutes and so it a relatively inexpensive fix.

This has been fixed by the manufacturer of the dongles.
