Pin Pad Error

    Pin Pad Error

    Got my pin pads today, Installed them, one works one dosen't. Register 2 installed com port 3 as PP1000se (com3) test program shows Label 1 Key Pin Block, seems like it is working. Register 1 our main register installs as QX_1000se UARD Device (com 4). Text program shows the same Label 1 KEY Pin Block, and appears to work, but dosent. When I try to run a debit retail edge pops up a PinPad_Error_Parse, and pin pad reads ERROR-1. What do I need to do to fix this error. I have went to the com port and tried to update the driver and it says windows has found the newest driver and it is installed.

    The parse error just means that we are not talking properly with the device.

    Let us know if this does not help.
