We recognize that the holiday selling season is a busy time of the year for our retail customers. It's also a busy time of the year for us. We need to be available for our customers to help with sales-related emergencies and at the same time, we try to give our employees some scheduled time off. In an effort to help with everyone's planning, we are announcing our end of the year holiday schedule.
Thursday November 24 - Thanksgiving
Monday December 26 - Christmas (observed)
Monday January 2 - New Years (observed)
Our offices will be closed on
Friday, November 25 (Black Friday). However, we will be monitoring calls and will be available for sales emergencies. Sales emergency support will be available for all customers on 11/25.
As noted above, we will be closed 11/11/2011, 11/24/2011, 12/26/2011, and 1/2/2012. During these Federal Holidays,
sales emergency support will be available only to customers on the RetailEdge
Gold Service Plan.
In addition we will also be limiting our support during the week of December 26 to sales-based emergencies only in order to allow our technical support department to better serve customers during this busy retail holiday time. If you anticipate non-sales based technical support issues (new installations, server change-outs, training, misc. questions etc.) these may be able to be addressed but only by appointment.
