I have suspected something was amiss when I updated receiving. I finally discovered that sometimes some of the line items do not reflect being received in inventory. However, in the PO the Qty Received field for this item is filled in with the appropriate quantity. Also, the labels did not print even though this item was listed in Receiving. Any ideas what can be going on?

Take a look at the obvious first.

Are the items that did not make it into inventory (I am assuming that you mean the quantity was not adjusted) Stock Items? Sometimes people create non-stocks. Non-stock items don't adjust inventory on sales or receiving.

The other thing is when you are printing labels from receiving, the Tag Count field might be set incorrectly.

Hopefully this is the problem, but let us know.
