This release adds another discount rule and adds an option for debit card receipts.

Added Features

1. New Discount Rule: Inventory Fixed Price. This discount rule will allow you to discount any item(s), department, vendor, etc. to a particular fixed price (e.g, All T-Shirts now $5.99). This can also make it easier for users to apply manufacturer's promotional pricing.

2. Ability to print a Debit Card receipt is now an option. RetailEdge disabled printing credit card receipt for Debit Card transactions in 8.2.6 in an effort to reduce paper waste . However, many users were using these receipts to reconcile their cash drawers and so we now allowed it as an option. This option can be turned on an off by pressing the Debit Card button on the Credit Card (1 of 2) tab in the Workstation settings.

Fixes

1. Encoded RegID removed from Tape Style Receipt.

2. Cash Drawer will now open on a closing. This is also related to encoded RegIDs.
