I applied the updates on 5/17, I was off on the 18th, and 19th. The closing reports for those days show all sales as non taxable, I applied the latest updates, and since I can't reprint those days closing reports, is there any way to correct this?
I ran a sales, closing, report, and it shows all sales as non taxable, but sales tax was collected. I have used the sales manager to look back and determine the correct amount of taxable and non taxable sales, how do I correct it in retail edge. If I do a sales tax report at the end of the month it will have the wrong amount of taxable and non taxable sales?

What version were you running when you print the closing reports (or reprint)? The 8.2.6 release had a problem with the closing report which was fixed in the 8.2.7 release. 8.2.7 should fix the problem and allow you to reprint the reports.

Andy, I was running 8.26, now on 8.27.
I look at Reports, Closing summary report by day (summary) It still shows sales on 5/18, and 5/19 all sales are non taxable, there are no taxable sales, There was sales tax collected. If I go into sales manager it shows the taxable and non taxable sales.

You can reprint a closing report from the Sales MGR. Just find the closing in question and either select Reprint or double-click in the closing record.

Unfortunately, it won't. When you reprint a closing report, via the Sales MGR, you are generating a new report based on actual sales data. The Closing Summary Report takes its data from a different set of data. This "bad" data was posted with the original closings and the Closing Summary report will continue to present the same data each time you run the report.
