Purge?

    Purge?

    When I start Retail Edge I get a pop up box that I should Purge, I have files older than 1 year. I did this on one machine, but now I am getting the same message on the other two. Shouldn't this only have to be done once?

    This is a pretty common question. The purge says you have files older than one year, but the purge defaults to deleting data older than one year. Many people do the purge using this filter and so the following day they have data older than a year old again. Try setting the purge filter to delete more than 6 months ago. This should hold you for awhile.
